Performance Warranty

Our countertop protection film is designed to protect natural stone surfaces (like marble, granite, and quartz) from:

• Etching caused by acids (e.g., lemon juice, vinegar).
• Staining from oils, water, or other spills.
• Daily wear and tear.

We provide a 10-Year Limited Warranty on our film for residential, commercial, and hospitality environments. The protected surface is acid, alkaline, water, and oil-proof during this period, ensuring long-term durability and peace of mind.

Product Warranty

Our product is warrantied for 10 years against the following issues:

• Yellowing
• Blistering
• Bubbling

Exclusions:

• Scratching or cutting of the film caused by improper use.
• Peeling or tampering with the film by anyone other than our certified technicians.

Life Expectancy

The life expectancy of your countertop protection film depends on usage and care:

• Residential Use: Typically replaced every 4-8 years.
• High-Traffic Environments: Busy kitchens, restaurants, or bars may consider replacement every 1-5 years.

Our film is removable and replaceable. Replacing the film is purely an aesthetic decision, much like refinishing natural stone surfaces over time.

Care and Maintenance

Cleaning Tips:

1. Daily Cleaning:
   • Use warm water with mild soap and wipe clean using a soft microfiber cloth.
   • For hardened spills, let warm water sit on the spill to loosen it before gently wiping.

2. Safe Cleaners:

1. • Non-abrasive cleaners like dish soap or gentle commercial cleaners are safe to use.
   • Avoid products with bleach, ammonia, or abrasives.

3. Avoid Damage:

1. • No cutting directly on the surface. Use a cutting board to avoid scratches.
   • Do not use abrasives like Comet, Soft Scrub, steel wool, or razor blades.
   • Avoid excessive heat exposure. Use trivets for hot items to prevent damage.

What to Do If Damage Occurs

We understand accidents happen! As part of our commitment to returning customers, we offer a one-time in-house replacement for areas damaged due to accidents or misuse. This service covers affected areas up to 20 square feet. Contact us, and we’ll replace the damaged section, ensuring your countertop looks flawless again.

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim:

1. Contact us directly with:
   • Proof of purchase (your original invoice).
   • Photos of the issue.

2. If the claim meets warranty conditions, we will remove and replace the defective section of the film at no additional charge.

For jobs located outside our standard service areas, additional travel expenses may apply.

If it’s been 5, 7, or even 10+ years since your last installation, we’d love to hear from you! Our removal-and-replacement service will restore your countertops to their original brilliance, ensuring they remain protected and beautiful for years to come.
